This policy applies only to subscriptions purchased on this website via card payment (Stripe).

For subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play, refunds are managed by Apple or Google.

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees or penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.

To cancel:
— From your dashboard in the application
— By emailing info@catsense.app

Refunds
Refund requests can be sent to info@catsense.app. Each request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds are processed via Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Discounted trial
If you cancel during the discounted trial period, you will not be charged the full price. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
